Shipping & Returns Policy
✅ Order Confirmation
- As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. We contact our suppliers to confirm stock availability. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we void the pre-authorization and contact you. If the item is available to ship within 5 business days, we charge your card and begin processing.
📦 Order Shipment
- If your item is in stock and charges have been processed, your order ships in 1–3 business days. We’ll email you tracking info within 24 hours of shipment. If no tracking is received after 6 business days, contact us at info@wattwheelsebike.com.
🌎 Shipping Regions & Carriers
- E-Bikes ship to USA and Canada via UPS from Las Vegas or Lachine warehouses. Estimated delivery: 1–10 days. Accessories & batteries ship via FedEx or UPS. Estimated delivery: 9–15 days.
📍 Remote Area Shipping Note
- If your location is classified as remote by the carrier, additional fees may apply. If the item is out of stock locally, it may ship from overseas. In such cases, tracking info may be delayed until customs clearance. Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days.
🔐 Final Sales Policy
- All sales are final, unless there is a verifiable defect upon delivery. If so, Watt Wheels will provide specific return procedures. Returns allowed within 14 days only for serious quality issues.
🛡 Warranty
- 24-month warranty on all E-Bikes. Warranty is handled directly by Eunorau with the customer.
🏢 Delivery & Shipping Requirements
- Customer must ensure accurate shipping information, availability during delivery, clear access to delivery point, and staff/equipment for unloading if needed. If a residential address is used and requires extra services (e.g. lift-gate), customer must notify Watt Wheels in advance. Failure to do so may result in delays or extra fees. Missed deliveries due to customer negligence will result in return shipping charges and possible re-delivery fees.
📦 Damages
- Please inspect your package on arrival. If damaged, note it when signing, take photos, and email info@wattwheelsebike.com. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf.
💳 Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders canceled after 48 hours incur a $20 admin fee. If already shipped, customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds issued only to the original credit card used at purchase.
