Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within one to three business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the

Electric bikes are shipped to Canada by UPS from warehouses located in Lachine and Las Vegas, including duties and taxes. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 10 days.

Accessories and batteries are shipped by FedEx or UPS. Estimated delivery time for accessories and batteries is 9-15 days.

Note:

If the delivery address is classified as a remote area by the freight carrier, an additional shipping fee will be charged on top of the original free shipping or existing shipping fee. If the item is out of stock at local or nearby warehouses, the accessories and batteries you purchased will be shipped directly from an overseas warehouse. In such cases, tracking information from DHL/UPS/FedEx may not be available until the package arrives in the destination country and clears customs. The estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days.

Final Sales Policy:

All sales are final unless the bike has a serious, verifiable quality issue upon initial delivery. In such cases, specific return procedures will be outlined by Watt Wheels E-Bike based on the individual situation and adhering to 14 days for return.

Warranty:

Eunorau provides a 24-month warranty on all E-Bikes and handles all warranty claims directly with the customer.

Delivery and Shipping Requirements:

  • The customer must ensure adequate staffing and operational readiness to receive deliveries during scheduled times.
  • The customer must provide accurate and current shipping information, including contact name and business hours.
  • The customer is responsible for facilitating efficient delivery access upon the arrival of the shipping carrier. This includes ensuring clear access to the designated delivery point, availability of necessary equipment for unloading (if applicable), and personnel to assist with the delivery process.
  • If the customer provides a residential address for delivery rather than a commercial one, and if any additional services are required beyond standard ground delivery (such as lift-gate service), the customer must notify Watt Wheels E-Bike. Failure to notify Watt Wheels E-Bike about required additional services for residential deliveries may result in the inability to fulfill the order without these services, and the customer will be responsible for any associated costs or delays.
  • When placing an order, the customer acknowledges their responsibility to select the appropriate delivery address as either commercial or residential.
  • In the event of a missed delivery due to the customer's negligence or lack of preparation, including unavailability at the designated address during scheduled delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for:
    • Return shipping charges incurred by the carrier.
    • Any secondary shipping arrangements or re-delivery fees.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@wattwheelsebike.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
